Tyler has almost put the cord out of commission, but duct tape did done it's magic there. If I am away from the machine for even a second I retract the cord. As you know see Amelia likes it just fine if it's not making any noise. I contacted Miele saying I wanted to send them a picture of my rabbit (their contact system does not allow for attachments) with one of their vacs and was there an Email I could use for this, and they never got back to me. Just another weirdo......
HAPPY BUNDAY

Happy Bunday! The Miele is the best for bunnies and kitties--I have that canister vac also Getting out the Miele is a sign to the buns that evening run-around time in the bedroom is over. I just scoot them into their room by vacuuming near them, and it picks up the doots as well. Something Miele could use as a selling tool to rabbit owners: that satisfying slot-machine sound of doots going up the tube and into the canister.
I'm afraid I don't like vacuum noise any more than the buns and cats do, so I generally use some form of sweeping, either with a broom and dustpan or a swiffer, at least in the bunny area. The buns like to help with the sweeping: they try to bite the broom and flip the dustpan around. It didn't help my phobia that the one time I used a vacuum in the same room as the buns, Bertie had to go to the vet for something in his eye. Now, if there was a completely silent vacuum...
These pictures of a bunny and his pet vacuum cleaner are so cute. We have a central vacuum system. Its reasonable about cleaning up after the buns, but not great. When I leave the hose out, Ginny likes to curl up in a loop of it and go to sleep.
I am also a broom-and-dustpan person for cleaning up after the wascally wabbit; Mr. Mick doesn't make all that much of a mess to make it necessary to haul out the vac. Also, the boy and hubby have commandeered the Dyson vac I bought and insist on doing the vacuuming whenever I even try to use it. Apparently the Dyson is a manly piece of machinery and not worthy of use by females...*sly grin*
I don't want anyone or bun to get the wrong impression, I actually vacuum only maybe once a week, the rest of the time it's the little hand broom, which is delicious BTW....
Amelia makes a wonderful model, I'm sure she could help sell loads of vacuum cleaners, she's got such dainty toes too, I never do the vacuuming, it's Crafty Green Boyfriend's task!
Hm. Maybe I need to add a Miele to the collection (I have four vacuums). Not one of them is "perfect" for buns, but when their powers combine, they're great.
I think Amelia would make a great ad campaign lady!
Nice 'tocks!
Miele could've conquered the bunny slave market if they'd just accept your photo!
Cute fuzz on Amelia's bum lol!
My bunnies hate the vac... they spend vaccuum time in the bathtub. And the vac hates them- I get two or three cleanings out of it before it gets clogged and then off to the vaccum cleaner hospital where they used to make it like new for $25, but have come to realize that just making it unclogged is good enough for me.
L & CGP- yes, I think you are right Amelia could sell a lot of vacs, Miele should take notice of this spokesbun!
DKM-very nice!!
FB-they can still contact me and make amends. Yes, Amelia has a few feathers that need pulling!
L-I often clog, but manage to unclog without outsourcing the job. Once I vacuumed up a clothes pin and it got stuck in the unflexible Ubend part on the hose. I finally removed it using a butter knife and gravity...
I have a shop vac for the bunny room, but how nice to know there are other good options!
Amelia looks adorable posing with the vac, btw.
Miele...we have the perfect spokesbun here for you! Return the call! Some people just don't see marketing genius when it's right in their face. hee, hee, hee.
xx, shell
Ah yes. The fearsome noisy beast that roars around picking up all the nice bits of hay and poops that Humphrey has arranged... he HATES it!
Cassie Bunny (now at Rainbow Bridge) was always fearless though - but then again she was pretty deaf so I guess to her it was just fun to watch me hefting around a large bit of plastic.
Hope you are all well, sorry I've not been by for a while...

Your artist's eye is at work in the first photo, that's a certainty.
As the indentured slave to two long haired cats with three litter boxes and a dog that sheds simply when breathing I have a very close and personal relationship with my central vacuum. One cat and the dog don't mind having their coats vacuumed and one cat would be on the ceiling if I tried.
I also have to say that there's some adorable floppage in both photos.
BG-yes, I hear shop vac are the best, does Cadbun run from it?
MM-we are still waiting for the call!!
P-LOL yes, I ran for the camera when I saw that vision. Wow you can vac your pets? We did used to vac the horses back in my callow youth.
CC-hi, I think you've been busy! Humphrey is a sensible fellow, and artistic too :)
The big shop vacs have ceased to be of any concerns to The Bunns here. But that Amelia picture doesn't happen here either - none of them cozy up to them!
OxBow Hay had a similar opportunity and blew it too. Don't they know "Bunnys Sell"??
Benjy once ATTACKED the vacuum cleaner - he just HATES it!
Just sayin" ... it is October and since you have introduced now yet a 5th bonding subject (The Vac) can we say the 4-bond is a success - accomplished by the end of September?
Cute and so relaxed. "I ain't scared of no Vac," she says.
Love the last pic! My vacuum cord has several places with duct tape on it! Ah... life with bunnies. :)
