I went to work for a few hours and when I returned this box house had been repositioned to include the stone I had put in the pen to hold a towel in place.

A mystery! With clues all about! Look at the words - carefully. THEY may tell the tale.
Actually a rock like that is known, in geologic terms - as an erratic. It was moved hundreds of miles by a glacier and then deposited right there. Did you happen to notice any passing glaciers?

Rabbits Guy is right, is Tyler a glacier in disguise? It's a lovely pose and bun and rock look as though they belong together
Tyler likes stones. And he needs someone to snuggle with when there's so much bunny estrogen flying around the place.
