Spiraling

Harriet 02/22/2011

Harriet is a wonderful rabbit, mittened, friendly, soooooo soft, beautiful, but very hard to photograph. It's hard to get her shapes defined in her darkness and she seems to be constantly moving. One part or another of her is always moving when I want to take a picture. One thing I notice is the stillness, the rootedness of her feet when the rest of her is in movement. I chose this pic for that reason plus the graphically demonstrated spirals of movement.

The Dark Queen must never linger in the light; the shadows are her friend...

...unless there's a nice sunbeam to bask in; those things make you so nice and toasty. :)

Harriet my dear. You are lovely. We have 4 inches of fresh, damp, cold snow this morning.

(SEND EXTRA MITTENS!)

J-solar activity is acceptable to the Black Queen.
RG, G and CGP-she'll be needing her mittens when we get snow on Friday and Saturday, if weather predictions serve....
