Monday Bunday Breakfast Club;video special postponed;random photos instead

Rabbits3 express a shared interest in willow twig formations and their unique structure.

Rabbits3 get pellets and salad twice a day, along with unlimited hay and fresh filtered water. Morning pellets are served between 6 and 7 a.m. and between 9 and 10 a.m. it's time for another breakfast; fresh salad. Today's salad featured garden fresh Chicory and basil stalks and from the Farmer's Market Romaine lettuce, dill, radicchio, and fennel. Each salad is sprinkled with a teaspoon of dried Nettles for extra nutrition and served in individual containers, a bunbento, if you will.
Tyler framed in furniture; a spotted bun in a square hole.

The fresh herbs vary and include Parsley, Cilantro, Mint, Lemon Balm, Borage, Yarrow, and the aforementioned Dill. Seasonal flowers are included as well; Nasturtiums, Roses, Honeysuckle, and Borage. Garden "weeds" are often requested by the diners: Dandelion and Chickweed are served as supply allows. Sometimes Rabbits3 get chopped celery and occasionally grated carrot. A few oat groats might find their way to the salads, but these are usually reserved for training treats.
Amelia demonstrates the Basil Tango.

Bonding is still an issue. Sydney will still chase Amelia and has been caught with fur in her mouth. When this happens she is politely escorted from the room. Still, Amelia seems to prefer having the gate down. This morning Tyler was seen grooming Amelia, though not with a lot of enthusiasm, he may have been cautious about being busted by Sydney, who was sorting the hay nearby.

Have an excellent week and remember to eat plenty of greens.

Yeah, if I was Tyler I wouldn't be enthusiastic about ANYTHING but Sydney. She's definitely the alpha bun. Incidentally, they eat better than I do. I also think that you could hire yourself out to the rich and redonkulous as executive chef to their chi chi buns. It could happen.

Cadbury wants to know how he can get one of those salads!

Fennel. I told Ankles it was not food. She has never offered me roses. Are those good?

Unauthorized poops. You have lots of unauthorized poops.

I think Sydney is jealous..dont you think so? They definitely eat healthier and better than me hehe! but still good to see some progress in the tri-bunding..and I guess some occassional fur is unavoidable. Happy week ahead my tri-buns :) ...seriously, everytime I come here, I miss the buns. Our very first bun, Ashley is still at my mom's place and the kids play with her daily there..I even thought of bringing her back home. Another bun, Maskara who lives with the children cousin is doing extremely well, the has moved from cage to a huge roaming space at their backyard :)

It is nice to see them eating together sometimes. We think everything will work out eventually! Those salads sound pretty tasty.

By the by, Miss Amelia's ears seem to have some unusual color variegations. I never noticed it before. Very nice.

There's a west-coast greens shortage .. now we know why!

You have clearly outdone BL in the food presentation and nutrition department!

We are NOT sharing this post with the Bunns ....

P-maybe as a reality show.....
BG-He sure can! would he like to order a weeks worth for a discounted price?
S-we like certain pink roses only...there are many unauthorized poops showing, the help was lazy the night before and with 3 rabbits vying for dominance, well many messages are left in plain sight.
MK-Well if they have a choice it would be pellets and fruit all day. Nice you get to visit your buns!
FAD-we are still hoping it will all work out...
RG-BL's salads are an inspiration! plus she does 10 of them, maybe a sprinkle of Nettles?
Bs-we's ready for you! salad pah-tay twice a day!
A-well, well, and what about Sydney being not so much jealous the enforcer of FatS rule? are the people ready for this Bundyanamic?
CGP-A has been working on it (basil tango) :~)

We have decided that your salad is more adequate than what the human here serves, and will be moving in shortly.

Ah! Unauthorized poop has meaning! Same with horses. After stall cleaning, Janow "defends the perimeter" by pooping the first pile in a doorway, the next pile against the wall between his and Emmitt's stall, then a pile near the fence between his paddock and Cherokee's. The placement is key. I call it Dung Shui.

Okay my bunnies are going to revolt if they hear about that variety of greens and herbs. I am not telling, no way. I should eat more salads like they do. I was out scrounging the yard yesterday for dandelion leaves and a couple of petunia blooms. It is slim pickens in the yard for bunny snacks.

We won't see dandelions here until March. I wonder if parsley would grow in my sunny family room. Probably the cats would take a dump in it.

Bwahahaha! Dung shui!

Also, I agree with Paula; your buns eat better than I do!

Love the tomato basil tango! Great!
Razzy got a UT infection. Vet said to lay off the parsley. I give carrot every day. Maybe I should cut that back too?

Bravo! I'm a head injured, ex-black belt in Hawaiian Kempo karate; been studying it for a LOOOOONG time. But, yet, what I found is I needed to help others learn the Way, not just the mortal way. God bless. I, too, plan to have a delicious beer Upstairs in Heaven Above. Perhaps you'd like to join me. Be at peace, girl.
