Monday Bunday

Amelia and her posse.

The gurlz are still fighting, boxing through the fence and each Saturday one breaks into the other's area and there 's a little scuffle, two weekends ago it was unclear what happened, but Amelia got a bit of a rip on the top of her precious little arm. It's just a flash wound she told me.

Are these mittens or boxing gloves?

If I'm gone for more than an hour I put up a four foot fence.....still for some reason I think one day all fences will come down. Curiously Sydney has a neutral attitude to Harriet, they sniff through the fence and there is no boxing or lunging, potential friends and allies?

Perhaps the girls are channeling Elton John's "Saturday night's alright for fighting..." I would think that if Amelia showed up to these events with her posse, then Harriet would either back down, get her own posse, or put weights in her mittens. It must be quite frustrating to have these events happen, but at least no serious injuries have resulted.

It's a girl thing. When Meadow gets out she immediately runs over to Bambi and Cinnamon's pen and Bambi gets all pissed off. Cinnamon could care less, he wouldn't mind having another girfriend around.

Saturday night Girls fight club! Whh Hoo ..

Actually - oh dear. I thought there might be more progress. But then, I sure would not want to be trying to bond more of our group together.

I thought the girls had been getting along better lately. So frustrating. They're adorable, though. I love the look on Amelia's face, surrounded by her stony-faced friends.

BG-I was gone for most of the day for four days, this seems to set everybun off, Tyler was very sulky......this may not have helped internal politics....
RG-just a little bump, or thump!
FOA-yet Sydney seems to think Harriet might be a long lost sorority sister.....
AFT-yes, and in the end Natasha did come round to realizing that Pierre was the man....
TFF-we are grateful indeed that no serious tearing has occurred, this is some sort of passion play that must be fulfilled before peace can reign supreme....

oh no, has Harriet stolen Amelia's ear? No wonder they're fighting...

HAH! CGP, I was kind of thinking that myself! I <3 Amelia's crazy ears!!! And the stone statues that always seem to enchant the rabbits. I think I need some.

Tyler, sulky? Never!

D-, do you work during the week? If so, I find it intersting that the ladies wait until Saturday to fight. It's like when little kids check to make sure mommy's watching before they misbehave. Like they know you're there to make sure they're safe before they really go for it.

Also very interesting that Sydney and Harriet seem to get along. When Amelia joined the herd, it seemed like Sydney was going to be very difficult, but I guess it was Amelia after all!! I agree with FOA, it's a girl thing. Seems like the girls can be unfriendly around the blogs, but Biff was the biggest playboy bun at speed dating that the shelter workers had ever seen!

Good luck. Thanks for the update!

It's important for us girl buns to stay on top of things. Maybe you need more husbuns?

Oh dear...the fighting is just so stressful. What is it with woman anyway! Dag gum hormones! ;)

MM-stressful mostly for me, certainly, they seem to enjoy it....
TBs-not a chance RE: the c-a-t
S-oh yes, let's get another boy bun, and why stop here, let's get a husbun for each girl, they can always swap them around if need be. Why didn't I think of that! SIlver you are a GENIUS!
L-Yes, you do need some garden statues for B and S, they make marvelous photo props. Saturday morning is when I go to the Farmer's Market....perhaps the excitement is too much to contain....
CGP-you could have something there...

Ah...I see they are all coming together nicely and soon, all furry and snuggly together :) I thought of you when I was in Halong, Vietnam..when we had a TaiChi lesson in the morning ;) I never did it before, it was slow and very good..not exactly easy though.

I thought I posted something, I would have sworn I did...
I hope the kids stop fussing and start in loving on each other soon. Personally, I don't think my heart could take it.

are the bunnies mini rex's?
they have the look of velveteen bunnies. I have one that acts much the same :)
